Shipping Policy

Delivery in Caracas is $5 flat rate. Costs may vary depending on the area. National shipping through MRW is $8 and any International shipping through DHL. 

In case of delivery (in Caracas, Venezuela), orders placed before 3pm should arrive the same day. In any other case, you can expect it in the next day’s business hours (8:00 am - 4:30pm). 

International shipping rates:

STATE OF FLORIDA, USA: $45

NORTH AMERICA: $55

CENTRAL & SOUTH AMERICA: $70

EUROPE: $65

ASIA: $85

In case of international shipping, once you approve your shipping rate quote and pay accordingly, please allow us 3 business days to deliver to DHL (labor days only). Once a tracking order has been created, DHL estimates approximately 10 business days. In case of any delay please check your tracking number in the DHL website.  

If your garment is not available, please give us 10-15 business days to make your order. Please note that there can be times where we will be expecting textiles or materials to arrive and these can suffer delays. We will be as transparent as possible with you about timing and ETA but please bear with us while we wait for the best materials for the making of your garment.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 10 days (including weekends) after receiving your item to request a return. 

*Please note: Returns are only available in Venezuela.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/saleable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. 

*Please note: Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once accepted, returns will need to be sent to the following address: Calle Orinoco, Edificio Elkano, piso 1, Apt 3, Las Mercedes, Baruta, Caracas, Venezuela during working hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm. 

*Please note: We do not refund return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase, and embroidered garments).

A return must be requested within 15 days (weekends included) of the purchase date. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/saleable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

To get the best out of your experience with us and prevent exchanges, we strongly suggest you check out our size charts. Each item has a different size chart, you can find it in the description of each item or picture gallery. If you have any doubts about sizing and fitting please contact us before purchasing and we’ll help guide you to your perfect fit. We attend to each one of you individually. We can also customize your product according to your sizing needs so don’t be afraid to ask. 

If you need an adjustment of your item contact us and we’ll gladly help you, any adjustment will be charged additional. 

If you are located in Caracas, contact us to make an appointment and we’ll help you with any adjustment in your piece.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, give us 24-48 hours to issue the refund to your payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund.
