How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply click on the SIGN IN icon on the top right, fill in your information and click CREATE ACCOUNT, then access to shop.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Not necessarily, you have the option to guest check out, however we would prefer if you create an account so we can track your order and create a profile with your information. Don’t worry, your information is safe with us. We just want to make sure that we offer you the best attention we can.
What payment type do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments, Visa and MasterCard. Zelle Transfers & Venmo.
In Venezuela we accept Pago Móvil and Bank Transfers. Please note that taxes (16% IVA) will be applied to payments made in Bolívares. Please contact us if you wish to pay this way so we can help you through the payment process.

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes in your order can be made within the first 24 hours of your placed order.
*If your garment is custom made, changes can only be made within the same day (business hours) of your placed order.

Where can I find size & fit advice?
All size charts are available to you within the description of each item or picture gallery, expressed in both centimeters and inches. Please note that ALL BRANDS have different sizing. For additional size and fit advice, please call us or send us a Whatsapp +58.424.144.60.22. We’ll gladly help you and are usually very fast at getting back to you.

How can I track my order?

How do I take care of ETHEREA Products?
Your garment is as unique as you are ! Which is why our products are made with much love and care. Please check the care label attached to your garment.
Some garments should only be dry cleaned. Garments should be washed by hand or machine wash cold using gentle cycle and using a mild detergent. We recommend you turn the garment inside out. Do not twist, wring, bend out of shape, while trying to squeeze water out of your garment, hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Use a mild temperature iron on garments that apply. Please be careful with garments such as our Sport Jackets due to the material that does not accept heat.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with DHL. Take note that some countries have higher custom tax rates on incoming shipments than others. The Customs Departments in every country are different and so are the tax rates. We are not responsible for these custom taxes or rates nor are these included in the shipping costs. We will contact you before shipping because shipping rates VARY depending on weight, volume and country of destination. Delivery in Caracas is $5 flat rate. Costs may vary depending on the area. National shipping through MRW is $8 and any International shipping through DHL.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We have a 15 consecutive day return policy, which means you have 15 consecutive days after purchasing your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only available in Venezuela, unfortunately we cannot accept international returns at the moment.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us. If your item size is wrong or you received a different product contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To prevent exchanges please refer to our size chart, if you have any doubts about sizing and fitting please contact us before purchasing and we’ll help you find your perfect fit or customize your product according to your sizing needs.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
After receiving the garment please contact us immediately to evaluate. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping companies.
